Installation of the NEPTUN system and a biometric fish monitoring station in project name “Restoration of wildlife corridor in the Łupawa River by constructing a fish ladder” in the Smołdzino Barrage on the Łupawa river.

In the middle of January 2020, the installation of the NEPTUN system at the Smołdzino Barrage on the Łuoawa River was completed.

The purpose of the barrier is to protect the fish from entering the turbines of the hydroelectric plant and is directing the fish to the fish pass.

In addition, as part of this task, we have delivered and installed a fish monitoring system in the fish pass. The task of the monitoring system is counting, indication of flow direction, dimensioning and recording of video image of the flowing fish.
